Combining practicality with modern luxury and historic charm, Villa Rose has retained its glorious period features like high ceilings, wood and stone floors, original French doors and windows and stone fireplace, and a sweeping staircase. Furnishings blend modern and traditional, with the all-important large main sitting room — perfect for families and friends or entertaining — featuring a comfy corner sofa, six lounge sofa chairs and fireplace. The stunning adjoining sunroom, panelled in hand-painted original oak, features two side seating nooks and another large lounging sofa, so no one is ever short of space to unwind and escape!

The first floor landing features a bar area with that leads to the professionally equipped dine-in kitchen seating up to 12 people. Two French doors open onto a massive terrace with incredible 180 degree views of town and mountain landscape, with dedicated outdoor seating and tables for drinks and snacks.
Villa Rose is continually upgraded with rest and relaxation in mind, and no expense has been spared on bedding or comfortable areas to lounge, read and play board games. Most bedrooms feature their own wall mounted adjustable televisions, with access to your own Netflix or Apple TV accounts. A year round jacuzzi comes with complimentary bathing towels. Grill and outdoor dining available in the garden in warmer months.

This property is conveniently located within the centre of the Samoens village and a short drive or ski bus to the high speed ‘GME’ lift connecting you to the Grand Massif ski area, with over 275km of pistes and 139 slopes for all levels.
In summer, the region transforms into an adventure hub with hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and paragliding, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Samoens Centre: 50m; Ski Bus: 50m Ski Lift: 1km (10 -15 mins walk); Geneva Airport: 80km (1hr 15); Paris: 600km (6hrs+); London: 1,000km (12hrs+)

From November to April, heavy snow is common. The road is ploughed regularly, but it’s a legal requirement in the French Alps to carry snow chains that fit your vehicle.
